Tracking Your Order

At Papootz, we like to keep you fully informed on when to expect your parcel. If you have created an account with us you can log in at any time to check the progress of your order, We will also email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns & Replacements

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. All goods will be inspected on return.

European Customers

It’s very important that when you return an item, you include the invoice that was sent with your order. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5 -10 working days for the funds to show in your account. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. You can return the parcel by standard Royal Mail delivery this will take up to 7 working days to reach us. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.

RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind about any Items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:

1. The Items are unworn and unwashed and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains.

2. The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct dispatch and order information.

We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
