If you change your mind about any Items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items.
The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
Items returned for a refund will incur an 10% restocking fee.
Goods must be new,unused and in their original packaging.
Goods must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
All return shipping costs must be pre-paid by thethe customer.
Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 10% restocking fee.
We do not refund shipping cost.

Once goods are shipped we are unable to ammend delivery address
International orders can be subject to return shipping costs and will be the customer’s responsibility. Undeliverable orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address.

If there is a problem with your order, contact customer service within 14 days of the original order date. While we do everything we can to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, there are unpredictable variables in every shipment. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, and replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.
Returns are typically processed within 2 days of receiving the item. During the Halloween season, however, (September through December) the processing time may take up to 1 week.

If the address provided by the customer at checkout is not current and the shipment has been delivered, we are not responsible for providing a reshipment or a refund. If the shipment is verified as delivered by our courier we are not responsible for any reinbursements
